The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your personal data only in accordance with the relevant legislation. i.e. the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; Datenschutz-Grundverordnung – DSVGO) and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DPA; Datenschutzgesetz – DSG).

We process personal data in connection with the use of our website solely for the purposes of responding to your enquiries, improving and optimising this website or communicating with you. All automatic information received and stored by us is used only for internal purposes, unless disclosure of data to third parties is compatible with the DPA. You are not required to provide any personal data in order to download information from this website.

Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter through our client adviser. For this we need your e-mail address and a declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Your e-mail address and your personal data obtained at the same time are used solely for the purposes of administrating and sending you our newsletter.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation request to the following e-mail address: mailing@factum.li. We will then immediately delete your personal data in relation to the newsletter mailing.

Data security
We use the common SSL/TLS method with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You will recognise the encrypted transmission of individual pages on our website by the lock icon displayed in the address bar of your browser.

In addition, we use further suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data stored with us against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

In terms of your personal data, you have, in principle, the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal and objection.
