Authority responsible for client complaints

Head office in Vaduz
Mr Ralf Ackermann is responsible for managing complaints at the head office in Vaduz. Any client complaints are to be forwarded to Mr Ralf Ackermann for processing (ralf.ackermann@factum.li).

Austria branch
Mr Dietmar Handlbichler is responsible for managing complaints at the Austria branch. Any client complaints are to be forwarded to Mr Dietmar Handlbichler for processing (dietmar.handlbichler@factum.li).

Extrajudicial Conciliation Board for the financial services sector
The extrajudicial Conciliation Board is responsible for settling disputes between clients and asset management companies in accordance with the Asset Management Act (Vermögensverwaltungsgesetz - VVG). The government of the Principality of Liechtenstein has appointed the lawyer Dr Peter Wolff as conciliator for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2025. The conciliator’s contact details are as follows:
