As a member of the Association of Independent Asset Managers in Liechtenstein (Verein unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter in Liechtenstein – VuVL), we are bound by its Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Moreover, the Association’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct was declared binding by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority FMA on 7 June 2011 (FMA Guideline 2011/1). Authority responsible for client complaints Registered office in Vaduz

Mr Ralf Ackermann is responsible for managing complaints at the registered office in Vaduz. Any client complaints are to be forwarded to Mr Ralf Ackermann for processing.

Extrajudicial conciliation board for the financial services sector

The extrajudicial conciliation board is responsible for settling disputes between clients and
– banks;
– securities firms;
– asset management companies; and
– payment services providers.

The conciliation board is composed of an individual conciliator. The government of the Principality of Liechtenstein has appointed the lawyer Dr Peter Wolff as conciliator for the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2017. The conciliator’s contact details are as follows:
